The self-inflating design makes use easy. By opening the Flat High-Flow Valve, the foam core automatically expands and fills the base with air. The valve also makes deflation and repacking quick and easy when it's time to break camp.
The horizontal foam channels help optimize the balance between comfort, weight and pack size. At the same time, the thick foam core provides very good insulation against ground cold, making the base suitable for camping for most of the year.
