Every day rations contain 3 bags of freeze-dried food mainly from Blå Band, energy bars, snacks and energy drinks. The freeze-dried dishes are cooked quickly and easily with a little warm water. Just bring the intended amount to the boil, grate off the top of the bag and add the water. Stir continuously so that all the freeze-dried food makes contact with the water. After 10-15 minutes, the dish is ready to be eaten.
