Qliro

Where available, Qliro allows you to choose from several different payment options. Available options and full terms and conditions are shown at checkout.

Qliro Invoice

Receive your order first and pay afterwards in accordance with the terms of the invoice presented at checkout.

When paying by invoice, Qliro may carry out a credit assessment. The invoice and payment information are managed by Qliro.

Qliro Fixed Instalments

Fixed instalments allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over a specified period.

Available options, interest rates, fees, monthly costs and full credit terms are shown before you approve the payment.

Qliro Flexible Instalments

Flexible instalments allow you to repay your purchase at your own pace within Qliro's applicable terms.

The applicable amounts, interest rates and fees are shown before you choose to complete the purchase.

Buy now, pay later

Where this option is available, you can choose to postpone payment until a later date.

The exact payment date and any applicable terms are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Card payment

You can pay using:

Trustly

Where available, you can pay directly from your bank account using Trustly.

PayPal

Where available, you can pay using PayPal.

You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment and then returned to General Prepper.

Secure payment

We use established payment providers and secure payment solutions to process your payments.

Sensitive payment information, such as full card details, is handled by the relevant payment provider and not directly by General Prepper.

When is payment taken?

When and how payment is processed depends on the payment method you choose.

For direct payments, payment is normally made in connection with the purchase. For invoices, instalments and other credit-based payment options, the payment terms you accept with the relevant payment provider apply.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example following an approved return or claim, the refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Depending on the payment method and payment provider, it may take a few banking days before the refund appears in your account.

If you have paid by invoice or instalments, we recommend that you also check the status of your payment with the relevant payment provider. An ongoing return does not automatically mean that a payment that has already become due can remain unpaid.
