Morakniv Garberg BlackBlade with Multi-Mount

The Garberg BlackBlade (C) with Multi-Mount is a safe choice for demanding field missions. The flexible mounting system allows the knife to be attached to a backpack, snowmobile, canoe, ATV or other MOLLE-compatible equipment. The knife has a 3.2 mm thick carbon steel blade with a black DLC coating that protects against reflection and to some extent against rust. It has a full tang with a protruding rear section to use for batoning, scraping or creating sparks. The knife handles challenges such as batoning, splitting wood, cutting branches, building shelters and carving. Use kindling on the sharpened blade back to easily start a fire, whatever the weather.

The included Multi-Mount Kit is a MOLLE-compliant mounting system with straps, Velcro, rails, holes and notches for secure and flexible mounting. The knife's dalam-patterned friction grip and finger guard provide a secure grip in all weather conditions. Garberg BlackBlade (C) has a 3.2 mm thick blade made of German carbon steel (C100S), hardened to 57.5 HRC. The carbon steel is easy to resharpen, but requires maintenance. The DLC coating protects against rust, but the blade should always be wiped and oiled after use.
