Amberg has a thoughtfully designed handle with a flatter shape to suit more users and different grips. It is narrower at the front with grooves along the back for better control in precision work. The friction pattern is finer and laboratory tested for a secure grip even in wet, cold or greasy conditions. The three-piece handle combines a sturdy PP core with a TPE outer layer for a balance of strength and comfort. The knife case is symmetrical and can be used by both right and left-handers. The 108 mm long blade is 3.2 mm thick and made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel. It is hardened and deep cooled for high strength and edge retention, with an HRC of 58. The side-ground blade with secondary edge provides low resistance and clean cuts, and the customized angle makes the knife equally good for cooking and carving.
