The blade has a saber grind and a hardness of HRC 59, which provides superior cutting properties and durability even with intensive use. To increase resistance to rust and dirt, there are three different coating options: - Teflon (PTFE) – Dirt-repellent, friction-reducing and food-safe. - Cerakote – Ceramic coating for maximum corrosion resistance. - Raw carbon steel – For a traditional patina and professional-level sharpness.
