Silky Katanaboy 700-4

The Silky Katanaboy 700-4 is the brand new successor to the Katanaboy 650 and is part of the updated Katanaboy range available from May 2025. With an extra long 700 mm blade, this pull saw is designed for serious pruning jobs, cutting large logs and forestry work where a chainsaw is not necessary or desirable.

Advanced handle with samurai grip The updated handle is inspired by the design of traditional Japanese samurai swords. This ergonomic and reinforced soft grip provides maximum control and comfort even during prolonged use. The saw is stable in the hand and helps to reduce fatigue. Extra robust frame and improved handling The Katanaboy 700 is equipped with a reinforced steel frame that ensures optimal durability. The redesigned locking knob has an improved thread, ensuring smooth and safe operation when folding and unfolding the blade. Thicker saw blade for powerful cuts The new thicker saw blade offers a perfect balance between rigidity and cutting comfort. The traditional Japanese pulling action reduces stress on the blade and provides a very clean cut. Perfect for sawing logs and thick wood in the field. Lighter and smarter carry bag This saw comes with a renewed carry bag, lighter in weight and equipped with an improved zipper. This allows you to transport the saw safely and comfortably. Replaceable saw blades The saw blades for the Katanaboy 650 and 700 are replaceable. Spare blades for the 650 will be available until at least 2027, making it easy for existing users to change.
