Emergency kit Kämpargård Edition

is developed in collaboration with Niklas skämpargård, author who wrote the books Crisis handbook, Urbant Kaos, Preppa Mat och Storm, flood and drought - so you can cope with the challenges of the weather. "Building preparedness is about acquiring things and knowledge that improve your and your family's conditions to cope with a crisis regardless of what happens. The prerequisites for this Emergency kit are that it should work for a normal family with or without children. You still use your usual utensils in the kitchen and can put the outdoor kitchen on the stove and take advantage of the workbenches. You also get an efficient simple water purification filter, a kerosene heater, first aid kit, toilet, an emergency radio, lighting and a headlamp. Feel free to complete the first aid kit with painkillers and antipyretic drugs, more disposable gloves and put in the dauer bandage to be able to wrap a sprained foot or strengthen a first hand that is bleeding through or needs support. Don't forget to take a course in CPR and first aid. And practice using the things”. / Niklas Kämpargård
