Complaints
According to Swedish law, you can complain about a product for up to 3 years after purchase. The right of complaint applies to defects that can be attributed to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product. A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.
Always contact us in case of complaint. Perhaps we can remedy the error remotely. Where a closer inspection is necessary, you send the item back to us for assessment. You will receive a return slip via email after contacting us. Please note that you bear the risk of a return to us, so send the original packaging well packed in good outer packaging. We do not accept returns against cash on delivery or invoices on returned goods. Returns sent to the delivery point are not collected.
When the product has been received by us, an assessment of functionality is made. If no defect can be found, the product will be returned to you at your expense including shipping to us.
Special conditions for rechargeable batteries and other consumables
Rechargeable batteries and similar components are considered consumable items and are not covered by the right of complaint in the same way as other products. Batteries are sensitive to how they are used, charged, and stored, and improper handling can result in permanent loss of capacity – without being due to a manufacturing defect. To maintain functionality and service life, rechargeable batteries must be fully charged as soon as possible after delivery and then regularly maintained through charging, even during extended periods of storage or non-use. If this is not done, there is a risk of deep discharge, meaning the battery drops below a critical voltage level. In such cases, the battery may become permanently unusable or lose significant capacity.
Damage resulting from batteries not being charged on time or not properly maintained according to recommendations is considered user-related and is therefore not covered by warranty or right of complaint.Special conditions for rechargeable batteries and other consumables
